How to Pay?

Credit Card: we accept the following credit cards online: Visa, Master Card, American Express.
Please note: your order is placed successfully only when the credit card payment was successful.

Paypal: We also accept payments from Paypal.

Bank Transfer: You will receive our bank account with our purchase confirmation email. Please include your order reference number on your bank's transfer form.
Once we receive your funds transfer, we'll ship immediately your order. Processing time: two to five business days, depending on your location.

Is VAT included in your prices ?

Yes. All prices throughout Solarkonzept are shown in Euro and include 19% VAT at the current rate.

VAT for EU Business Customers who are VAT registered

For EU business customers who supply their VAT registration number after they order will be charged zero the VAT. Private purchasers (or business purchasers that do not have a VAT registration), German VAT will be charged.

VAT for Non EU Customers

Goods dispatched to addresses outside of the European Union are generally not subject to EU VAT. When ordering goods for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.
