Customers residing in Switzerland or wishing to have goods delivered to a Swiss address are recommended to use the service of meineinkauf.ch. For a small fee (which is usually much lower than if we were to ship the goods directly to Switzerland), all import duties will be handled, and the ordered goods will be delivered directly to your home. This way, you can save on high shipping costs and, most importantly, avoid customs clearance and customs fees.

What payment options do I have and which company do I pay my invoice to?

You pay for the goods yourself via our order process and pay by credit card, PayPal or prepayment. If you use the MeinEinkauf.ch service, you can pay by PayPal or prepayment. A service fee of CHF 14.90 for delivery to Switzerland including customs clearance, customs duties and postage will be charged additionally by MeinEinkauf.ch. You will receive a Swiss payment slip for this with your goods.

How do I register correctly?

Before placing an order in our store, you must first register free of charge on meineinkauf.ch free of charge (you can then also use this account for orders in all other German stores). After registering with MeinEinkauf.ch, you will receive your individual e-mail address. You can use this e-mail address to place orders in our online store (with or without a customer account). Please make sure that you do not enter your private address, but the German address of the meineinkauf.ch warehouse as your billing AND delivery address.

How long is the delivery time?

As your order has to be processed twice, the delivery time adds up. Our delivery time to the meineinkauf.ch interim warehouse in Constance is approx. 1-2 working days. meineinkauf.ch then delivers to your home within approx. 2-3 working days from receipt at the interim warehouse. This results in a total delivery time of approx. 4-5 working days.
